You’ll complete a questionnaire that will give us insight into your current snacking habits at work. Yes, it’s kind of like that pesky annual review, but this questionnaire will help us identify your triggers (brownies? your boss? blood sugar?) and any stumbling blocks. You’ll have a clear picture of where you’re excelling and where you could step it up a bit. We’ll know where we need to focus so we can start stocking your desk with healthy options.
Snacking Strategy Session
After you complete your questionnaire, we’ll hop on the phone for a 60-minute coaching session. You probably had a couple of a-ha moments filling out the questionnaire, so we’ll discuss what you learned and work through any challenges or roadblocks together. Then, we’ll dive in to my recommendations and simple steps to make snacking at work…well, work. After this call, you’ll have a clear plan to fill your desk drawers with feel-good and good-for-you food, and you’ll finally feel confident that you don’t need to starve or cave in to the not-so-good-for-you foods in the afternoon.
It’s homework time! Don’t worry - your next raise doesn’t depend on this! After our coaching session, I’ll send you a quick video to walk you through the steps to stocking your desk and some helpful reminders. You’ll also get a checklist to help you keep track of your progress. This is your opportunity to test out your new setup and make sure you’ve got what you need to eat clean in your cubicle.
After a couple weeks, we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session to see how you’ve done. We’ll talk about what’s been working and what could use a little work. You’ll walk away with more tips to keep you on the right track, no matter what happens within the tiny walls of your cubicle. I’ll also send your customized strategy plan so you have a constant reminder that eating clean at work isn’t really work and it can work if you do the work. Once you complete this program, you’ll have the confidence and the tools to break up with that jumbo blueberry muffin once and for all.
