Five Plants to Ease Your Stress

Berry Nutty Smoothie 

1 cup almond milk or water
1 handful leafy greens (spinach or kale will work)
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend and try not to guzzle.

P.S. If your blender is a little more mini than mighty, try soaking the nuts and seeds for 20 minutes before giving this a go. I like to plop them in the blender with the liquid so I can just add the other goodies when I’m ready to blend.
